iBank/Bank/FMCG/Property/Conglomerate面試模式有咩分別同問咩問題?



面試經驗較豐富既同學會知道其實唔同行業面試既重點同要求都唔同。如果同學仔你地黎緊係想報iBank/Bank/FMCG/Property/Conglomerate既就要睇呢篇文章。我地會解構下呢五個行業既面試模式同埋面試問題。

首先講下面試模式:
面試模式都大同小異,大致都會有Aptitude Test,Video In / HR In,Assessment Center去到Panel In。
同學仔值得留意既係FMCG同Property比較考驗領導同埋創意等技能,所以一般黎講佢地係Assessment Centre會主力用Team Game,考核既內容包括:一組人用物資砌一座塔,Survival Game等等。

至於Ibank / Bank / Conglomerate 係Assessment Centre都偏向用Business Case,主要考驗分析技能。

其次講下唔同行業問題模式:
面試問題不外乎會問到CV Based Questions,Behaviors Question,Technical Question。

Bank/iBank既面試裹而比較著重同學仔專業知識(Technical Knowledge)同埋職位所需要既個性。例如:前線職位就著重個人既社交技能。例如:
BNP: Tell me about the trend of RMB internationalistion,apart from RQFII, are you familiar with other RMB initative/ products?
Hang Seng: What is the impact of trade war to banking industry?

至於FMCG/Property/Conglomerate係面試出現既問題唔會好像銀行咁Tech,比較少問到專業名詞或者工作應用流程。相反地,面試入面會較多Behavioral Question,因為佢地希望聘請較全面既Candidate,有領導,社交,溝通等等技巧。例如:
Jardine:
-Any difficulty you have faced before and how you overcame it
-Leadership experience
-Career aspiration in 5/10 years

P&G:
-Share an experience which you have encountered obstacles, and then what aspects have you considered in order to overcome the obstacle? and what is the final result?

簡單啲黎講,金融方面會比較注重Technical Knowledge,所以係同學仔準備既時候,要多啲專注Market Update,工作流程等等。相反地Property/Conglomerate/FMCG會較注重Candidate既發展潛能,所以同學仔要考慮點樣表現「全面既技能」。當然啦,所有行業都會有Beviour/Technical既問題,所以其實無論係邊個行業既面試都要準備。
