Wilson - How to get into Global Market with GPA 3.0?

Wilson was very determined to apply for the Global Market Division when he approached us. Since the GPA cut-off for most BB and IB is quite high for her, we advised him to aim at Tier 2 or 3 banks and Chinese banks, such as BNY Mellon, Mercury, CICC, Societe Generale... These firms are not as strict on their GPA requirements.

Although in-depth technical knowledge are not required for interview, full awareness of the job responsibilities and market trends are expected from the applicant.
