1️⃣Assets Under Management
⭕️Meaning: The total value of assets managed by Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund and Private Bank
⭕️Appearance: AUM is mainly used to measure the scale of asset management business of fund management companies, investment banks or financial holding companies.The larger the AUM, the stronger the industry position of the bank/company. Changes in AUM are affected by asset price changes, increase or decrease in customer funds, exchange rate changes, etc. Generally speaking, an increase in AUM means that the market value of the fund's assets has increased or there is an inflow of customer funds. Thus, changes in the funds invested by customers are very important for measuring AUM
