Asking a smart Qs can help to differentiate you from the other candidates. So today I’ll share with you the types of smart questions to ask in order to impress the interviewer. Read it & most importantly, prepare at least 2 Qs before every interview:


1.Market Views/Industry Development-related Qs (Ask the interviewers their outlook or perspective to market views):

➡️How is the COVID-19 pandemic or the US-China Tension having an impact on our future business strategies / client acquisition strategies? ⁠⠀

➡️What are our strategies to overcome the challenges or mitigate the risk brought by the latest global outbreak i.e. COVID-19?


2. Visions/Teams related Qs: ⠀

➡️What are the latest client strategies / product focus of the division? ⁠⠀

➡️ More In-Depth Qs relating to the division of labour in teams.


3. Technology-related Qs (ask the interviewer what are his/her views on technology initiatives): ⠀

➡️Qs related to the Fintech / Proptech / InsuranTech initiatives of the divisions; ⁠

➡️What kind of technical knowledge, skills and abilities do you assess/seek in a candidate?
