Here's a quick look at the firm:👀

JS is a liquidity provider as well as a #quantitativetrading firm that places a strong emphasis on technology. Interview tips:

▶️ You’ll likely have a phone interview, then an on-site one so be prepared.

▶️ Sharpen your technical skills, especially in programming.

▶️ Enhance your numerical skills.

▶️Practice answering technical/logic-themed questions. Example questions as provided by JS include: “A number of exchanges require market makers to continuously quote within certain percentages of the best bid and offer. What is the purpose of those requirements?” and “How many pennies are there in Manhattan?”
NOTE: These questions are EXAMPLES only; they state they don’t use these particular ones mentioned here in interviews anymore.

▶️Practice articulating your reasoning with clarity and precision.
